KAMY works to mobilise the declaration of climate emergency in Malaysia by empowering frontline communities, youth, and women. KAMY also produces climate advocacy content by reinterpreting complex climate information into a digestible form and giving it a human face. Our interviewerfor this episode is Dr Nor Eliani Ezani. She is an academician and researcher at the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health, University Putra Malaysia. She holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Health from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow UK. Her current research interests lie at the intersection of air pollution and its health effects, personal exposure characterisation, and risk-based & epidemiological assessment of air pollution influences on health.
