Shelley Sutton (pictured) wants to see a waste to energy concept she saw in Europe and which drew high praise from everyone, implemented in the City of Greater Shepparton.
The retiring councillor, who is one of 17 on the ballot paper, has reservations about the city’s recently declared climate emergency but happily endorses such programs as One Tree Per Child and the installation of solar panels on council buildings.
